Screen Test will be at the Stettler Hospital & Care Centre on August 2 - 13, 2014.
Screen Test, part of Alberta Health Services, provides state of the art digital screening mammograms for women across Alberta. Women 50 to 74 are recommended to have a mammogram every 2 years, and do not need a doctors referral. Women 40-49 require a referral for their first screening mammogram. We are just 30 minutes east of Ponoka. Take Hwy 53 to Range Rd 221 (also sign posted as Red Deer Lake Rd). Go north on Range Rd 221 for approx. 7 kms until you reach a "Y". Alberta Open Farm Days is a province-wide event for foodies, farmers and families.
On August 24, Albertans are encouraged to come meet their rural neighbours to share stories, see demonstrations, and learn more about the farmers who grow their food.
Admission is free.
