Parks and Recreation

The town of Bashaw hosts a campground located on the east end of Highway 53 within Town limits. There are 16 unserviced sites with a trailer dumping station available. Wood is supplied.

Located on the west end of Town next to the arena is Heritage Park. This is a day use area with a gazebo and cook stove inside. Wood is supplied and a trailer dumping station is at this location also. There is a walking path located at Heritage Park which continues around the water tower. Located at the Agricultural Grounds are three ball diamonds available for use. For more information and bookings please call the Town Office at 780-372-3911.

Many Town and community people enjoy sports such as minor ball, senior ball, soccer, golfing and fishing. There is a fish pond located at the east end of Bashaw which is open for public use.

Bashaw Golf Courses

There are 2 courses located within 5 minutes of Bashaw. Country Nine is north on Highway 21. The Bashaw Golf and Country Club is located just south of Highway 21.
