The Bashaw Cemetery is located at NW 28-41-21-W4. You can access the cemetery by travelling south from Bashaw on Highway 21.
The care and control of the Bashaw Cemetery has been turned over to the Town of Bashaw as of January 1, 2017. All questions or concerns should be directed to the office at 780.372.3911.
You can still make donations to the cemetery! Please make cheques payable to Town of Bashaw. If you require a Charitable Donation Receipt, please advise at the time of donation.

What do we need from you?
Prior to interment, you must provide our office with the following documents:
- Cemetery Plot Locate Request (see form above – fill in as much info as you have; the town office can assist you with this form)
- Monument Permit Form (see form above – usually your monument company will submit this on your behalf)
- Burial Permit
- Death Certificate or Statement of Death
Burial Permits and Death Certificates can be obtained with the help of your funeral home. If you are proceeding without the help of a funeral home, you can obtain these documents with the help of your local hospital registrar, by calling the Vital Statistics Registry, or by contacting the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner.
